Shipping & Delivery Information

General Information

All our parcels are carefully delivered by Parcelforce. 

Deliveries are generally made between the hours of 8am and 6pm (except Sunday), however deliveries outside these times can take place during busy periods.

All deliveries require a signature. Should no one be available to accept the delivery, the courier will try a neighbour before returning your parcel to the local depot. Should both you and a neighbour be unavailable, some couriers may also choose to leave your parcel at your local Post Office (some size restrictions do apply) rather than returning the parcel to the local depot. Our carrier will not leave the items in a safe place.

Should the first attempted delivery be unsuccessful, the courier should automatically come back the following working day and try again. Should this second attempt be unsuccessful, the parcel will usually be held at the local depot awaiting further instruction.

Delivery is free over £200.00, if its under £200.00 then the delivery charge is £9.95 for items upto 30kgs in weight. If the weight exceed 30kg on any item a pallet delivery charge will apply based on the weight and the dimensions (our website will calculate this automatically, at the shipping page in our checkout). 

We only delivery to the UK Mainland.

You are also able to collect your order from our warehouse in Pudsey Leeds LS28. If you would like to do this please contact us by phone, email or livechat. Once collected if you have paid a delivery charge this would then be refunded back to your account.

If you require delivery to anywhere else please contact us and we can request a price for the delivery. The price will be based on your location, item dimensions and weight.

Delivery Times

Our leadtime is 3-5 Working Days (Fabricated items you would need to contact us for the current leadtime). The leadtime quoted is an estimated dispatch time and not a guaranteed date.

Once your order is dispatched its sent on a next working days delivery by Parcelforce.

For items showing as Pallet deliveries, these items can take 2-4 working days to dispatch.
